She plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient search journey for both clients and candidates. Prior to joining ESP, Mica gained experience in legal search, working with a range of London-based Legal 500 firms and placing talent up to Partner talent within the Litigation practice. Having worked across the US and European markets, Mica now brings a globally informed, execution-led approach to every mandate. She holds a joint honours degree from Nottingham Trent University.
